✅ You’re a parent carer navigating life with neurodivergent or disabled children
✅ You feel burnt out, isolated or overwhelmed more often than not
✅ You want access to therapy but can’t afford private sessions
✅ You crave space to reflect, breathe and feel human again
✅ You don’t want another course to “fix” you, you just want support

Every month you get me in your pocket - well your ears!!
Week 1 Reset: we will do an activity whether its a breathing exercising, brain dump, etc. and I will introduce the topic for the month.
Week 2 Learn: this is where we deep dive and learn more about it and what we can do to help us.
For example month 1 emotional regulation is the topic and we learnt the SPAT method. Month 2 is RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria) and we learnt about stopping the spiral of the negative stories are brain tells us.
Week 3 Accountability: a chance to tap back in, perhaps go over some examples in case you're stuck
Week 4 Reflect: What have we learnt and how are we going to use this in the future.

I know first hand how often our own wellbeing is pushed to the bottom of the priority list, when you’re caring for someone else full time.
Private therapy costs £50–£100+ per session.
Even group coaching can be out of reach for most.
Oh and having the time to set aside each week when you're running a house, looking after the kids, filling in forms and trying to work, is impossible.
Thats why I created...
✨The Reset Room✨
It's just £10 per month and it won't take any time out of your day, listen to it when you're on a walk, doing the dishes or in a blacked our room trying to get your kids to sleep.
Plus there's no contract, stay with us as long as you need us!
🌟 Ready to Reset?

I have 5 children who are diagnosed or awaiting an assessment for Autism/ADHD and other additional needs thrown in too.
We were first thrown in to the SEND world in 2017 and its been a rollercoaster of emotions. I've had extreme lows and huge waves of happiness and hope.
In 2019 I hit rock bottom and I was denied help from the NHS because my "low moods and anxiety were normal due to my circumstances".
Life as a parent carer is relentless constantly fighting for what your child deserves and giving every last drop of energy to keep them regulated.
The Reset Room is our space to put our own mental wellbeing first, to be the best version of you for family and above all for yourself.
