Parent Carer Road Map

This is for you if…

You've noticed your child is different, and you don't know where to turn.

You've been handed leaflets and jargon when what you needed was answers.

You're sitting in meetings nodding along to acronyms you don't understand.

You want to know your child's rights, and how to push for them.

You're tired of getting Ai slop generated responses to your late night questions.

You need someone who's lived it, not just someone who's read about it.

Hey, I'm Ana Bonasera, a mum of five neurodivergent children.

My twins were diagnosed in 2017 at 3 years old and I have learnt so much along the way but most of it is what I have learnt from research or talking to other parent carers.

I believe that all parents should be informed on whats available and got fed up of information being withheld from families who need it.

So I created "The Parent Carer Road Map" a free 20 page ebook of everything I wish I knew sooner.

Because help and support shouldn't be on a "need to know" basis.

Inside, you'll find:

Diagnosis: the routes to an autism or ADHD assessment, including Right to Choose

Support services: what Early Help, TAF meetings and MASH actually mean

Education: choosing between mainstream and special schools, a step-by-step guide to EHCPs and what to do if your request is refused

Your rights: reasonable adjustments and the SEN register

Money: funding, benefits and discounts you may be entitled to, from DLA and Carer's Allowance to the Family Fund

Language: acronyms and terminology decoded, so you can walk into meetings with confidence

Recommendations: books and podcasts suggested by other parent carers, plus honest advice from parents who've been there
